Installing Gartle CRM Add-in

  1. Unzip the downloaded package to a folder on a local hard drive.
  2. Close Microsoft Outlook.
  3. Run setup.exe and follow wizard steps.
  4. Open Microsoft Outlook. You have to see the CRM tab.

If you do not see the CRM tab

If you do not see the CRM tab in Microsoft Outlook:

  1. Close Microsoft Outlook.
  2. Run Start, All Programs, Gartle CRM, Run Diagnostic Tool, and follow instructions.
  3. Open Microsoft Outlook.

If the diagnostic tool does not help, try to activate the add-in manually:

  1. Close Microsoft Outlook.
  2. Run C:\Program Files (x86)\Gartle\gCRM\Register_gCRM_User.cmd.
  3. Open Microsoft Outlook.

If there is still no CRM tab, please, try to activate the add-in from the disabled items in Outlook:

  1. Open Microsoft Outlook File, Options.
  2. Open the Add-Ins tab.
  3. Select Disabled Items in the Manage list (in the bottom left corner)
  4. Select the Gartle CRM add-in and click Enable.

Activating Trial Version

You may use the Gartle CRM add-in for free. The add-in works as a free version by default.

To test synchronizing data with a SQL Server database, you have to activate the trial version.

You can do this during the installation or later, using Help, Register Product.
