Installing Gartle CRM Add-in
- Unzip the downloaded package to a folder on a local hard drive.
- Close Microsoft Outlook.
- Run setup.exe and follow wizard steps.
- Open Microsoft Outlook. You have to see the CRM tab.
If you do not see the CRM tab
If you do not see the CRM tab in Microsoft Outlook:
- Close Microsoft Outlook.
- Run Start, All Programs, Gartle CRM, Run Diagnostic Tool, and follow instructions.
- Open Microsoft Outlook.
If the diagnostic tool does not help, try to activate the add-in manually:
- Close Microsoft Outlook.
- Run C:\Program Files (x86)\Gartle\gCRM\Register_gCRM_User.cmd.
- Open Microsoft Outlook.
If there is still no CRM tab, please, try to activate the add-in from the disabled items in Outlook:
- Open Microsoft Outlook File, Options.
- Open the Add-Ins tab.
- Select Disabled Items in the Manage list (in the bottom left corner)
- Select the Gartle CRM add-in and click Enable.

Activating Trial Version
You may use the Gartle CRM add-in for free. The add-in works as a free version by default.
To test synchronizing data with a SQL Server database, you have to activate the trial version.
You can do this during the installation or later, using Help, Register Product.
